All consulting and implementation engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work. Payment terms, scope, and deliverables are defined in that document. 50% deposit required at signing for Sprint engagements.
Apex Command Systems does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Results depend on your business, your market, and your execution of recommended systems. We guarantee the quality and delivery of the work product as defined in your engagement agreement.
The Apex Advantage™ methodology and all associated frameworks are proprietary to 5th & Lake LLC. Systems and deliverables built specifically for your business are licensed to you for your business use.
